WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? AND DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?

Our warehouse and fulfillment center is based in Rancho Cucamonga, Southern California. While most of our business is conducted online, we warmly welcome walk-ins during store hours to explore our curated selection of beautiful products. Many of our customers also bring in their finished or in-progress projects for a show-and-tell or to see if we carry specific items in colors that complement their creations.

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?

Tuesday through Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We pride ourselves on processing your order quickly, with most orders shipping out of our facility in less than 24 hours. In cases of high demand, orders can take up to 72 hours. Please remember that shipping times is outside of order processing time, and it is calculated by the Post Office and delivery times are not guaranteed by Indo Love Kreation.  It is not unusual for packages to arrive after their intended delivery date. 

WHEN WILL AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM BE AVAILABLE?

On the product page, you'll find a button that says 'Notify Me When Available.' Simply enter your email address, and we'll notify you as soon as the item you're looking for becomes available.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINE SHIPPING?

All orders include shipping insurance at no additional cost to you — the insurance fee is fully covered by us to protect your purchase in the event of loss or damage.

Because each order is insured individually, we are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Combining orders under a single label may void insurance coverage for additional orders.

We are also unable to add items to an order once it has been finalized. Shipping costs are calculated based on the original order weight at checkout, and changes after purchase can result in postage and insurance discrepancies.

To ensure accurate postage and full insurance protection, each order must remain as placed and will ship separately.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFY WITH MY PURCHASE. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please visit this link for further information.
